RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Establish professional business relationships with prospects and policy holders
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Florida Property and Casualty License 2-20 or 4-40 and or Florida Life and Annuity License 2-15
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Compensation: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
